Hi I am Vinod Kumar Agrasala – an ITSM professional based in Bangalore, India.vinod-small.jpg

I have been in the industry for the last 14 years handling various roles in IT Service management.  For the last few years I have been working as Consultant and trainer in the areas of ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, Information security etc.

Currently I am in the process of building a professional Services organization focusing on ITSM and related areas : Wings2i IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Wings2i – enabling Ideas and Innovations!

I am currently the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Wings2i.

Prior to this, I was associated with various organizations like GLOPORE IMS, QAI, Microland, Wipro, IBM etc.

 This site is my personal blog on my observations, learnings, musings, concerns regarding ITSM that originate from my day to day professional life.
